there needs to be better hover feedback on the top sites (New Tab page)

When you hover the cursor over one of the top sites on the new tab page, the only hover feedback is the X that appears in the top-right corner... that's not really good hover feedback. Firefox puts a little outline around the top site you're hovering the cursor over, it's much nicer. Please do something though, maybe change the color of the tile to a lighter shade of grey when hovering? (in the attached screenshot, I'm hovering over the YouTube tile)

    Bdsrevsorry for double posting but I just noticed there's no hover feedback at all for the "Add a site" button, so this really should be addressed

      Yes hover feedback would be nice, with a blue outline or something like that and maybe a little animation
