there needs to be better hover feedback on the top sites (New Tab page)

When you hover the cursor over one of the top sites on the new tab page, the only hover feedback is the X that appears in the top-right corner... that's not really good hover feedback. Firefox puts a...

Bdsrevsorry for double posting but I just noticed there's no hover feedback at all for the "Add a site" button, so this really should be addressed

Yes hover feedback would be nice, with a blue outline or something like that and maybe a little animation
