I don't know what's time the scrollbar (Windows 11 Overlay Scrollbar) is gradient-color style, not pure-color and solid style, What happened with these?

The gradient scrollbar is ridiculous. It's horrible for accessibility but it's also just wrong and weird. UI people need to stop with the gradient obsession!
