Hi. Is there a pre-canned Json file for the common search engines that I can plug into the "Mange Search Engines" group policy without having to create from scratch,

I don't think so at the moment, but I'm sure if you go to the Enterprise section in the forums

you should be able to get help.

I would recommend going over the policy section of the Enterprise PDF also when changing your registry and GPO.
