    there is currently no direct support for local PST files within Copilot for Microsoft 365. This is because Copilot relies on data stored in your online mailbox for its functionality.

    Here's what we know about the situation:
    Copilot and PST Files: Copilot cannot access and index emails stored in local PST files.

    New Outlook UI and PST Files: The new Outlook interface does lack features for directly managing local PST files.

    Workarounds and Alternatives:
    There isn't a perfect workaround to access PST files with Copilot yet, but here are a few options to consider:

    Migrate PST files to your online mailbox:
