Copilot drafting using reference documents - does not use existing styles
Hello, we are experimenting with using copilot to create new proposals based on existing documents.
As far as we can tell reference documents must be saved to One Drive and take a long time before they are available in the copilot drafting menu. Copilot can accept instructions about what to change in the document but copilot completely ignores formatting and styles and the output uses formatting of its own creating. If we need to reformat the output then then it's faster to write the content manually.
Advice anyone?

So what you are saying is that Copilot is unable to follow existing styles when using a reference document? That is pretty weak.
