Hello,
Our users have been reporting issues with copilot in outlook when drafting email signatures. Our organisations signatures seem to become corrupted, and all the images are removed.
Has anyone seen this before and know how to prevent this.
Thanks

There have been reports of Copilot interfering with email signatures in Outlook, specifically causing image removal. Here's how you can address this issue:
Understanding the Problem:
Copilot is designed to assist with composing email content, and it might sometimes misinterpret existing elements in the draft, including signatures.
This can lead to unintended modifications, like removing images from your organization's signature.
Potential Solutions:
Disable Copilot for Drafting:
This is the most straightforward solution. You can temporarily disable Copilot for drafting emails to prevent it from interfering with your signature.
Users can disable Copilot by clicking the Copilot icon in the Outlook editor and selecting "Turn Copilot Off for drafting."
Lock the Signature:
Outlook allows locking the signature pane to prevent accidental edits. This can help ensure your signature remains unmodified by Copilot.
In Outlook, go to Settings > Mail > Compose and reply.
Under "Signature," check the box for "Do not allow editing."
Consider Alternative Workflows:
If Copilot's assistance is crucial for composing emails, explore alternative workflows to minimize disruption to your signatures.
