What is CloudAscent?

CloudAscent uses data-driven analysis to identify existing customers who are ready to buy from our partners and provides a downloadable propensity data report. The data shows the customers’ likelihood to purchase Microsoft products including Azure, Modern Work and Business Applications.

It will help you pinpoint customers who’ll be most receptive to your cross-sell and upsell efforts.

CloudAscent applies machine learning models to hundreds of data sources, including customer demographics, industry focus, and existing Microsoft software usage, to produce a targeted list of opportunities that you are likely to close quickly.

Do all partners get a customer leads report?

No. Only partners who have been designated as the Partner of Record for small and medium sized customers will have a report available.

You can download your monthly personalized report from Partner Center.

What should I do with the data?

Align your customer sales outreach aligning with customer intent.

  • Act Now leads are ready for your sales team to engage with now.
  • Evaluate leads are ideal to target with multi channel campaigns and may also contain immediate sales opportunities.
  • Nurture and Educate leads may require a more broad-focus digital marketing campaign.

Leads will align to the key Microsoft Sales Plays and your marketing campaigns can leverage the existing assets available in the Digital Marketing Content OnDemand tool (DMC).
