Permissions to download invoices
I want to give permissions to a user to view and download invoices in Azure. What are the exact steps to do that?
To give a user permissions to view and download invoices in Azure, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Azure portal and navigate to the billing section.
- Click on the "Invoices" tab.
- Click on "Access control (IAM)" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "+ Add" button to add a new role assignment.
- In the "Add role assignment" dialog, select the role "Billing Reader" from the "Role" dropdown menu.
- In the "Select" field, search for and select the user or group you want to give access to.
- Click on "Save" to save the role assignment.
