Permissions to download invoices

To give a user permissions to view and download invoices in Azure, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal and navigate to the billing section.
2. Click on the "Invoices" tab.
3. Click on "Access control (IAM)" in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on the "+ Add" button to add a new role assignment.
5. In the "Add role assignment" dialog, select the role "Billing Reader" from the "Role" dropdown menu.
6. In the "Select" field, search for and select the user or group you want to give access to.
7. Click on "Save" to save the role assignment.
