You can use Azure resource Mover the new functionality that Microsoft has launched ref this URL for more details

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-governance-and-management/introducing-azure-resource-mo...

As of today Azure resource Mover supports

  • Azure VMs and associated disks
  • NICs
  • Availability sets
  • Azure virtual networks
  • Public IP addresses
  • Network security groups (NSGs)
  • Internal and public load balancers
  • Azure SQL databases and elastic pools

Azure Key vault is currently seems not supported by Azure Resource mover hence ref to this article for more details on how to migrate
