Looking for versatile landing zone for 25 AVDs

Hello!  Has anyone spun up a landing zone of AVDs for a small workgroup who simply wants to test new Microsoft suites?  I'm not looking to migrating anything.

Any material I should look over?  Any common problems I should watch out for?
