Error cached credentials - Microsoft Office on AVD
Hello community,
I've been encountering some challenges with Microsoft Office applications on Azure Virtual Desktop. It seems to be related to licensing. I explain the issue: When the user opens their OneDrive online, they then open the Word file, for example, in the client application on AVD. It keeps asking for user account license, and even with credentials it's still the same.

Has anyone else faced similar issues or have insights on how to resolve license-related problems with Microsoft Office on Azure Virtual Desktop?
Thank you for your support

Hi hellman1323,
Can you please try this action plan with 1 user?
- Step 1: close all Microsoft 365 Desktop Apps
- Step 2: logoff from the Windows userprofile
- Step 3: rename Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
"C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy" to
"C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.old"
- Step 4: logon to the Windows userprofile- Step 5: sign in back to the Microsoft 365 apps
