Take advantage of an impressive increase in throughput of up to two times (2x) for your applications running on MySQL - Flexible Server instances based on the Business Critical service tier.
- Seamless integration. The accelerated logs feature seamlessly integrates with your Azure Database for MySQL flexible server without requiring any changes to your applications.
- Cost optimization. The accelerated logs feature is offered at no extra cost, providing a cost-effective solution for enhancing performance without incurring additional expenses.

Enabling the accelerated logs feature
To enable the accelerated logs feature, perform the following steps.
- In the Azure portal, navigate your instance of Azure Database for MySQL - Flexible Server.
- On the Settings tab, select Compute + Storage.
- On the Compute + Storage page, select the Accelerated Logs checkbox, and then select Save.
After the deployment completes and the server restarts successfully, you’re ready to take advantage of this feature.
