Azire SSIS IR with custom dns

Hi,

I'm trying to configure ADF with SSIS IR however the vnet it will be joining has custom DNS settings. The SSISDB will be in a SQL Managed Instance on Private network. I assume I need to configure custom settings for the IR? Configure a virtual network for express injection of Azure-SSIS integration runtime - Azure Data Factory | Microsoft Learn however the links to main.cmd and setupdnsserver.ps1 dont work. Anyone have a copy? or can I directly configure dns using powershell?
