Certification Service Report as POE for Co-op Fund Claim
Hello! Does anyone have or know where to find the Certification Service Report (CSR) form for co-op fund claims? It's also referred to as the Certification Statement and Report form 27 times in thePartnerIncentivesCo-opGuidebook, saying it can be found in Partner Center. I've searched every which way but nothing directs me to the actual form. I need to fill out and submit this CSR as POE for a claim. Hoping someone can help. Thanks! Michelle

We discovered a former employee accidentally entered incorrect company address info into the Developer section of Legal Info in our Microsoft partner portal. We tried changing it, but Microsoft won’t allow us to save our US address because it thinks we’re in the UK. The Developer section does not allow you to change the country. I followed all steps offered by Copilot (as indicated in Microsoft KB) by submitting official business documents, even our federal DUNS information, but Microsoft kept denying us even though we used the same info to get verified as a Partner. Now they said we’ve run out of attempts and we’re stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this or who we can contact to get help from a real person?

Testing a new AKS Marketplace Product, where do I get an extensionResourceName from?
I've gone through all the steps to create a new containerized product, and am listing it as an AKS Extensions in the Azure Marketplace. I followed this guide:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace-offers/azure-container-technical-assets-kubernetes?tabs=windows%2Clinux2 I added an alternate account as a "preview" audience, and everything seems to be working, except anytime I try to put in an "extensionResourceName" the deployment fails, and shows an error about how that name is unavailable. From my reading, I seems that my container product will be issued an extensionResourceName when it's published, but I haven't published yet... it's in preview mode for selected members only. Where and how can I find an appropriate extensionServiceName to test with?Being an authorized reseller of Microsoft office setup keys

Business Central OnPrem
I have a customer who is moving from NAV OnPrem to BC OnPrem. They have several companies and will be migrating them during time. The question is for how long this customer can have both licenses working on production mode. We estimate they will need to have both environments under production for around six months until they have all companies moved to Business Central.
