track email and open rates function
Hi, We have Viva insights in our company Outlook, but I am not sure if we have the Track email and document open rates function. I am looking for a simple way to capture metrics -- how many unique internal users opened an email bulletin or newsletter, how many unique click-throughs to specific embedded links, how many unique opens for attachments, and the amount of time spent in each. The embedded links would all go to documents stored in SharePoint. Anyone have any advice or experience to share? Does my company need to buy a specific Viva Insights package to get this function?
Hi VI_Migration, at this time, Viva Insights does not track email and open rates. Inherently this means that Viva Insights does not track unique-click throughs. So it wouldn't require an additional package, it is a feature that does not exist.
