Stock database

Question

Hi.I have multiple brands of products and each has a few different 'sub-products'/variants. I am using a basic Excel spreadsheet to calculate stock usage. Every month I have to send in a stocktake count to our stock controller. It works ok but every month I have to copy the spreadsheet and update stock counts. I was hoping Access would make it easier.&nbsp;I haven't used Access in more than 20 years and struggling to get going.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Rodsfromday&nbsp;Check out Northwind Developers Version.We have a reasonably comprehensive example of managing stock of products, including allocating stock to orders and incorporating the Stock-Take operation.&nbsp;I also extended Stock-Take to a mobile device, and you can find YouTube videos documenting that here.&nbsp;
