Conditional Format subform in datasheet

Hello,

Can a conditional format be set in a subform in datasheet view?  I see the conditional formatting button is there but when I set a format it doesnt work.  I even shade a field without conditional formatting and that doestn work either.  I imagine I am doing something wrong.

yes, something is wrong alright.
you're conditions doesn't filter the data.

I got it working. I am not sure what I was doing wrong. Maybe computer needed some sleep!
