Blocked out of my email
Cannot sign in to email after travelling. I have sent off over 10 account recovery forms with no replies back. My old mobile number is linked to the account so I cannot get a text verification, I also rang the old number and they are not willing to help. And it is so hard to speak to a real person from Microsoft to fix this, I managed to get an agent once and they tell me to fill out another form which clearly is getting me nowhere.

Travelling can trigger an extra security check when Microsoft detects an unfamiliar sign-in location. It does not necessarily mean your password is wrong.
Since you have already submitted more than ten recovery forms, I would first check why you are not receiving the results:
- Microsoft normally sends the recovery result within 24 hours to the contact email you entered on the form. Check that mailbox, including Junk/Spam, and confirm you entered an address you can currently access.
- Try signing in from a device and browser you previously used with the account, preferably on your usual home connection. Turn off any VPN. This may help, although it will not necessarily remove the verification request.
- At the verification screen, look for Other ways to sign in or Use a different verification option. Check for an existing recovery email, Authenticator approval or recovery code. If an old device is still signed in, keep it signed in.
- If you know your password and are offered I don’t have any of these, follow the security-information replacement process. Replacing all security information normally involves a 30-day waiting period; it is not an immediate unlock.
If the recovery form remains your only option, use the official https://account.live.com/acsr, provide additional accurate information, and submit no more than twice per day. If two-step verification was enabled, this form cannot replace a missing second verification method.
Unfortunately, support agents cannot bypass verification or manually change your account details. Do not ask the current owner of your old number to forward security codes; use the recovery options for information you still control.

This form is called Access because it supports MS Access, the database application in MS Office. Moreover, participants are not Microsoft employees, nor do we have any ability to address support issues on your behalf.
Try going through the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
Best of luck resolving your problem.
