Unfortunately, there are many possible things that are involved.
Please be more specific about the problem. What data is "gone"? How do you know it is gone?
Is the form bound to a table, or to a query? Or unbound?
The more detail you can provide, the better the chance of someone being able to figure out which of the many possible problems is most likely.In fact, the best strategy might be to upload a sample copy of the Access relational database file in question, along with an explanation of which form is the problem form.
Thanks.- I'd open the form in design mode and validate that you didn't accidentally save a filter. Also check the recordsource, test it to make sure it is returning all the records.
