Take screenshot button no longer working since latest update on all Surface Hubs
Hi all
All our Surface Hubs got cumulative update KB4343885 in the past few days and on all of them the 'take screenshot' button (top right corner on every open app) no longer works.
When you tap it the screen will flicker once but then you don't see the greyed out overlay where you can select your screen portion to cut.
This is reproduceable on all Hubs.
Is this a known bug with this update? Any way to remove the update or get a fix for this?
Kind regards
Update: it was not the latest update that caused this behaviour but the fact that both the 'old' and the new Whiteboard app were installed on the Hub at the same time.
Microsoft has no solution at the moment for this and advised us to remove the new Whiteboard app until further notice if the screen clipping function is much used.
Basically the Hub does not know to which whiteboard app it needs to send the clip when both are installed.
Hoping for a solution soon....

This is a known issue detailed in this article: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/enable-microsoft-whiteboard-on-surface-hub-b5df4539-f735-42ff-b22a-0f5e21be7627?ui=en-US&rs=en-GB&ad=GB
It's in the 'Can I test the new version without replacing the existing app?' section.
Thanks
