SFB Connections

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm looking for information about SFB Online for the type of connections for each scenarios such as call, conferences, screen sharing, etc. Example, when a SFB client using WAN or Internet or transition from WAN to Internet?

 

I would like to gather these type of information so that I can better investigate and narrow down the SFB poor call quality for a site in our organization.
