With this existing Flow it would have to be a manual input by someone. You wouldn't be able to modify the Flow, but could create a new custom Flow with approval just like it and then add an update item step with the approval data in a separate column. This is pretty simple to do, like this example of an Approval History column, and there are a number of walk-through steps in this community and blogs and YouTube videos.

Hope you are doing well !

My sincere apologies for delay in Response. Our Product team pushes improvements and features on weekly basis. These improvements are planned well in advance. But there are some of the improvements which will have lot of dependencies due to which it takes long time and sometimes it becomes extremely hard for us to define an ETA even though we have a road map of improving the feature. We hope you understand the complexity here. Our focus is always on improving customer experience and giving what customer is looking for sooner or later.

Since it is an issue with both the SharePoint and flow. Both teams are working on this issue with high preference.

I’ll keep you posted regarding the updates.
