@Bryan Hughes All identity accounts are automatically provisioned by our identity management system. When an employee leaves our organization their account is automatically deleted. This is the reason why we re-link the accounts to manually created ones we control.

I have access to the dashboard it was shared with me. The data however is showing July 18, 2018 when the dashboard was shared with me. Any ideas why the data has not refreshed?

This does not appear to be implemented across all tenants yet as that workflow is not available yet when we go through the steps of deletion in any of our clients.

@Jessie Hernandezthat seems like a lot of unnecessary steps. Just disabling user account in local on-prem AD and syncing up will block user from sign-on. Then you can convert it to a shared mailbox and assign permissions as needed. After that you can move the user account to any OU you want in local...
