We are currently unable to utilize Universal Print in our environment due to having the multiple AAD accounts logged in to our machines. An issue that cannot be resolved in a quick manor.
Due to the nature of Universal Print, I feel a stand-alone application or app should be created to help alleviate these types of issues.
Having an application we can deploy into our end users that they can easily open and login with their Azure/O365 tenant account that our Universal Print, printers, are set up in to prevent the operating system level clash of the multiple AAD accounts.

For the first part, please upvote the Multiple work/school account - Microsoft Tech Community feature request.
For the second part, please consider printing from OneDrive web as a workaround. You can sign in to OneDrive using any AAD account, upload a document, and print it. More information at Announcing Universal Print integration with OneDrive - Microsoft Tech Community
