I understand how the implementation might be a problem for BYOD-Devices. However for completely intune-managed devices, this breaks a much needed first-party integration. Without this a seamless migration from on-prem to cloud based is just not possible.

(This should also be in the "requirements" section of the Knowledgebase-Article for UP, so admins don't find out about this restriction by searching for errors on Bing.)

    Hi,

Especially now that Multi-Tenant Organisations are a thing even for Microsoft, are there any news on this?
Perhaps in the meantime, put this as something that an admin needs to know about in the FAQ here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/universal-print/fundamentals/universal-print-faqs

So that it is clear that there are even problems when having multiple accounts from different tenants on one pc..

Any updates on this? We're running into the same issue.

we also have a customer that is having universal print. and now there are some employees that are getting a extra 365 work/school account for a other company and when they added it, universal print stopts working.   When adding a new printer, the message is shown that the account is not logged in.

when i detach/remove the secundairy account, universal print is working again (after reboot)
