We are trying to use Bookings for user research. We want to make sure that each appointment has a product, UX, and dev representation. In our case, we are setting up services that relate to each scrum team, and then assigning members of those teams as staff to the services. However, if any of those listed are available, it shows as an option for customers. I'd like to only show customers available times when all staff members (or perhaps a subset) are available.

I've been seeing posts about this from 2018 Aug. This would be a great tool.

brilliant idea. This would make 1:many interviews super easy to be setup. These days we offer our candidates a Calendly service where they can find themselves a slot with a peer, a lead and an HR person. Makes the candidate xp super smooth. Woudl be great to have it in Bookings 🙂

I am adding an upvote to this idea.
In our situation, we do interviews for employment candidates with a team of two. We'd like to have an option in the Staff Assignments for a Service for a checkbox that says something like: "Require each staff member to be available to book an appointment" or something to that effect. When checked, potential candidates would only see time slots where both staff assignees are available. If either one has a "busy" on their calendar, that time slot would not be available for a booking.I should mention that we turned off the ability in the service for "customers" to select a staff member since when it is turned on, they can only select one staff member. When an admin sets up a booking, they can select both staff members, with feedback about each staff's availability.
