We only have the link to cancel or change the appointment in the confirmation email. So, if the customer deletes the confirmation email, it is impossible for him/her to cancel or modify the appointment by himself or herself.

you can include the link in a freetext reminder you create for the service

Clients often schedule weeks out, then have an important thing come up. The reminder email is often what causes them to remember that they cannot make a scheduled appointment, and they feel frustrated that they have to send an email to change or cancel the original appointment. and I am frustrated that it also causes many no shows when they could quickly click a "Cancel" or "reschedule" link/button. My dentist office has this feature when I get my reminder. It seems intuitive nowadays that all scheduling apps would have this feature on reminder emails.

Running into the same problem. I want to remind our customers about the interview and give them an action to perform if they can no longer make the scheduled time. Seems pretty essential to be able to include this functionality in the reminder emails

Have anyone looked into this?
