Hello, I'm trying to register a Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox, but I keep getting an error:
"We can't continue with the signup process right now due to an internal server error. Please try again later."
MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-4e76-46c6-a166-e8f32033ce4f
Code: 50001.
I tried different phone numbers (Germany +49, Ukraine +380), different browsers, and devices, but the issue persists.
How can I solve this problem? Is this a temporary issue, or do I need to contact support?

I’ve encountered a similar issue and followed the same troubleshooting steps (tried both Safari and Chrome, cleared the browser cache), but the problem persists.
I also used the “Report errors” function at the bottom of the page (mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons) to report the issue. I’m currently waiting for a response and will update this thread once I hear back.
