I’ve encountered a similar issue and followed the same troubleshooting steps (tried both Safari and Chrome, cleared the browser cache), but the problem persists.
I also used the “Report errors” function at the bottom of the page (mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons) to report the issue. I’m currently waiting for a response and will update this thread once I hear back.
