Add-ins are not visible for Shared Mailbox and it is accessible only for Primary mailbox. Would be great to be able to use add-ins for Shared Mailbox also.

We are in exactly the same situation! We've been successfully using the Microsoft My templates add-in as well as others on a shared mailbox and it's just stopped working. Desperately trying to find a work around!

We have been using template with our shared mailbox for 2 years and today it doesn't work anymore for no reason. We are a company and we write a lot of mails everyday and having templates is a must have foir any companies.
A solution should be found asap please
