Printing issue Remote Desktop on mac OS Sonoma 14.0

Using the beta RD works, however the keyboards do not translate correctly for a UK Apple Mac keyboard..

When is the printing issue going to be resolved in Word, on my Mac version Sonoma 14.0?  This has been a problem since the update to 14.0.  PLEASE ADVISE!!

After seeing today's posts about printing working with RDP but not landscape, I sent a test page to the printer AND IT PRINTED!!!!  WOW!  Not sure when this was fixed...I had been emailing myself things to print since the issue started.  What a great surprise to see it is fixed.  So if you were having the issue, give it try...fingers crossed for you!  (I'm not having any issues with landscape either!)

Same Problem like Test_30 here. Printing works but no Landscape! 

With the new version of RDP I can print but not landscape.

Anyone have an idea to solve this problem ?

To ensure proper functionality, please make sure you have downloaded the latest beta client from http://aka.ms/rdmacbeta (version 10.9.4 build 2160).

This doesn't fix it on any of the Sonoma machines using RD to connect to Windows environments older than Windows 10, of course.

Hopefully someone can update this soon because this is an issue for a lot of people. 

Any update on this regarding Citrix? Printer on MacOS Sanoma is successfully redirected to Citrix VDA, but when you try and print it comes up with an error:

"Printer not activated, error code -41".

Was fine before updating to MacOS Sanoma

What thread are you referring to? The only link i can see from microsoft is for the  rdp beta client, which doesnt really make an impact on Citrix. If i missed something, a link would be much appreciated 🙂

Any news on this? Still doesnt work with Citrix.

gietal Can I ask if this new version should support printer redirection when connecting to Windows Server 2019 and 2022 with RDS functionality?
