I am using Windows App on MacOS to log in to A Windows 365 instance. I have access to Outlook and Teams on the W365 instance. Whilst audio is passed through, it would be helpful if notifications are passed through as well. Even if this was as simple as a badge on the Windows App icon to let me know I have a notification on my W365 machine.

I guess that all depends on what is possible.
Your screenshot with a badge a count of notifications would definitely do the job as it'd prompt me that I have something to check.
A full preview would be useful as I could glance at the notification, check if it needs my attention now and act accordingly, however I can also understand that the remote machine might not want to give out that information, maybe because of security policies on that machine not wanting to allow any data exfiltration.Hi patrick505 ,
Thank you for the feedback, this is an interesting idea. Are you looking for a detailed notification with a preview of new messages, similar to the preview banner messages you would receive on your phone lock screen, or are you looking for a simpler notification just indicating that there are new unread messages on your remote Windows machine? (like the screenshot below)
