I use Microsoft Remote Desktop app throughout the day to connect to Windows via MAC. The app stops responding intermittently while internet connection on my MAC works. Please do help me on what to be done.

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
