Does anyone know when the recording is available? I missed the Technical Takeoff, but have read that it will be recorded and "be available on demand shortly after conclusion of the live event"... Thanks

- LWilsonNoviceCopper ContributorIs it possible to have a domain joined computer auth over Entra ID at login specifically for new users to a computer that are remote? Our current method is we image a computer that then has Cisco Anywhere Connect with Sign-on Before Login then have it shipped to the end user. The problem we are faced with is we use DUO for MFA and DUO is going to be changing how it works and Sign-on Before Login will not longer work for these new users.
- LWilsonNoviceCopper ContributorI should add our devices are currently co-managed as well.

Intune Capability Request: We really need the ability to target applications specifically to AutoPilot deployments only (and not All Devices with a [ZTDId]).
Example: I want to deploy Microsoft 365 Apps to all devices going through the AutoPilot ESP experience, but I don't want to deploy Microsoft 365 Apps to all devices in the fleet. Thanks!
- DavidYorkshireIron ContributorCan't you do this just by using two separate groups, one for Autopilot devices and one for others, and assigning the app deployment to just the Autopilot group? And add the client machines to whichever group is appropriate?
- HeyHey16KIron ContributorWe asked for this at last year's Technical Takeoff and submitted this request in the Feedback Portal (https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/ec2e59e7-bce9-ed11-a81c-0022484f9f6d) but nothing yet 😞

EricOhlin Thanks for the feedback. Please post this request at https://aka.ms/IntuneFeedback.
Or use the Send a Frown/Send a Smily within the Intune admin center.

- MarkTDSCopper ContributorHoping to see the Remote Help App be added to the Intune New Microsoft Store catalog soon. Currently, the only way to deploy the Remote Help App is to create my own custom Win32 App in Intune. At this point, Remote Help has been out for a while and it seems laughable that it is not a standard app in the Microsoft Store(for users to install themselves) or Intune App catalog as a standard app. Also, unattended access for Windows devices with Remote Help. Please make this available soon. These 2 suggestions will help with Remote Help and Intune Suite adoption.
- georgee430Copper ContributorLooking at Intune/Co-Management at the moment, the biggest issue in Education is that most of our laptops/computers are shared and not 1:1. Intune in our testing has not worked well at all in this shared device model where policies are very hit-or-miss whether they apply promptly on logon, compared with Group Policy that 99.9% of the time applies at logon without issue. What do you recommend in this education shared-device scenario for intune/co-management?

We resurfaced your question during today's Microsoft Technical Takeoff session of Windows + Intune Office Hours LIVE at Technical Takeoff! Please see the panel's answer at around 12:25.
- txtechsquadCopper ContributorAria, we need to talk about WUfB for the GCC license.
- AriaUpdated
Microsoft
Happy to talk about update management for GCC anytime. Aware we have some gaps there. 🙂
- citxenCopper ContributorDoes Autopatch have the ability to update Windows 11 devices without users being logged in, or do users need to be logged in?
- AnthonymelwhrhsIron ContributorThis is so true it hurts lol. We are a public high school with computer labs and sometimes need to wait for a user to log in before updates start applying. We regularly use a script to kick off the updates.
- AriaUpdated
Microsoft
Unfortunately, devices will not update unless a user has logged into them at some point - if the device has never been logged into then it will not update. Note, the user does not need to be logged in for the update to take effect. In fact, most updates should happen overnight when the end user is not present if you have policies configured correctly. Check out more here for how to configure multi-user devices for updates: The Windows Update policies you should set and why - Microsoft Community Hub Hope this helps! 🙂
- GaryBaerBrass ContributorIt's been said already, but I will reiterate... While W365 looks really promising, it seems to not be very cost-effective in terms of TCO. Is there a plan to see the pricing for W365 come down into something a bit more competitive with replacing hardware?
- GavinMeerwaldCopper ContributorI imagine the more organizations purchase the cheaper it becomes for everyone as Microsoft can invest in the hardware to run it.

GaryBaer This is a great comment to bring to the 10:30 session today! https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-events/windows-365-and-azure-virtual-desktop-powered-by-microsoft/ec-p/3971679
- Ali11CHIron ContributorWill there be an additional cost for Using the upcoming combined Updates Autopatch?
- AriaUpdated
Microsoft
At this time, there are no changes to the licensing requirements for different capabilities for Autopatch. On principle- Anything you can do today using CSP/GP on a premium sku - you will continue to be able to do. Anything you can do today using the Graph API with an A3/E3/M365BizPremium + license for managing updates, you will continue to be able to do without additional licenses. Anything you can do today using the Autopatch UI in Intune with an E3/F3+ license, you will continue to be able to do without additional licenses. While we may simplify, we do not plan to take away capabilities that you already have access to based on your license(s) and sku(s).
- Anthony_DotenCopper ContributorIs there an architectural recommendation for naming Entra ID groups for Intune for Windows? I know it depends on organizational structure but curious if there are some best practices for structuring autopilot workflow.
- Anthony_DotenCopper Contributor
Thank you Char_Cheesman for the follow up! Appreciate the information Jason_Sandys I mentioned it at MMS Miami this year but I'll say it again really appreciate all of the help and community engagement!

I'm not aware of any common recommendation here although having one could certainly be helpful. Others can certainly chime in here to offer their convention(s) for this if my knowledge is lacking here.
