- Can you define when we would use cloud PC's versus when we would use Azure Virtual desktops?

While they are both hosted in Azure, there are different pricing models and license requirements, and even different use cases. TomTregilgas, Education customers can already purchase and manage any of the available Windows 365 Enterprise or Business editions today based on the size and needs of the organization. It's an important vertical for us to fully support. Would love to hear if there are special considerations / product capabilities that you envision Windows 365 needing to fully support our EDU customers.

ESJeffL, our management plane for all types of Cloud PCs continue to be Microsoft Intune. We did recently announce support for Citrix HDX plus for Windows 365 which is now in Public Preview. Check it out: Citrix HDX Plus for Windows 365 now available in public preview - Microsoft Community Hub

ESJeffL, yes, we are investigating the offline capability for Windows 365. No timelines to share yet.
