Welcome to our first Windows 365 AMA of 2024! Post your questions here for our panel!
- Hey! New to Cloud PC and just finished a global deployment of over 1800 machines. Have a ton of questions but will only ask a couple. :) 1) As part of our offboarding process we hold machines for 30 days. Is there a way to remove access to the Cloud PC without placing the device in grace mode? 2) Is there a way to see if the user connected through the Windows App or the web portal in intune/azure? Feature Suggestion: We are also seeing calls to the desk when the Cloud PCs reboot for a Windows update and don't come back up immediately. For example, the feature update takes ~20 minutes to finish before the user is able to reconnect. There is no notice or way for the user to know what is going on so instead of being patient, they assume something is broken. Having a notice in the Windows app or web portal tell them that the machine is updating instead of a generic "connection failed" message would be great!

- Can you please make the Microsoft Remote Help an included app in the Intune Microsoft Store? Currently, it is not available so I need to create a custom Win32 App to push to Windows devices including W365 CPC's. Also, any news on a native thick client(Windows App) for Linux bare metal devices to connect to W365?

- Are there any requirements for Entra Single Sign On to be enabled for Windows 365? I've noticed ANC's are successful but they all read "With Information".

- I am testing the new win365 Boot guided scenario for both shared and dedicated features. In this scenario when I enrol my device for the first time should i see the customisation images straight away for the first Win login page ? For dedicated I would expect to see my user's image and for shared scenario the background image and Tenant logo etc in my experience they are not shown from first boot and enrolment. I am running a virtual windows 11 device for testing btw.
