Hey! New to Cloud PC and just finished a global deployment of over 1800 machines. Have a ton of questions but will only ask a couple. :)
1) As part of our offboarding process we hold machines for 30 days. Is there a way to remove access to the Cloud PC without placing the device in grace mode?
2) Is there a way to see if the user connected through the Windows App or the web portal in intune/azure?
Feature Suggestion:
We are also seeing calls to the desk when the Cloud PCs reboot for a Windows update and don't come back up immediately. For example, the feature update takes ~20 minutes to finish before the user is able to reconnect. There is no notice or way for the user to know what is going on so instead of being patient, they assume something is broken. Having a notice in the Windows app or web portal tell them that the machine is updating instead of a generic "connection failed" message would be great!
