Cory Newton-SmithCurrently, Microsoft Syntex's Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model only allows a single resource to be assigned for billing. We have 10 different business units, and we need a way to clearly separate costs for each unit.
We understand that tagging resources by SharePoint sites is an option, but since all usage is still processed under one resource, this does not provide the level of granularity we need for cost allocation.
Is there a way to connect multiple Azure resources to Microsoft Syntex PAYG to better segment and manage costs by business unit? Alternatively, does Microsoft recommend a best practice for achieving this type of cost separation in a multi-business unit environment?
Are there sharepoint APIs to create pages using flexible sections
I was so disappointed after going through all of the set up to activate autofill columns to see that it doesn't work for site page libraries? Is this on the roadmap to change?
Will it be possible not to let Auto-Fill columns fill out the columns right away if a new document is uploaded?
We have a large document library, and only some documents need the autofill columns filled out. Since you are billed for every page, that would be awesome.
Also, it would be great to have an option to limit the number of pages the service examines, such as Pages 1-5 instead of all 50.- ssquires

Thanks for the feedback! The autofill setting can be disabled (without removing the prompt) and then re-enabled to target specific files for processing. It'd be a manual process currently, but we're looking at ways to give you more control over what files get processed.

Could you detail how Copilot uses or doesn't use local library metadata columns, custom columns as well as managed metadata? It is confusing at the moment...

Not yet, Tom - but we recognize that we have all these great features in SharePoint for structuring your data and creating metadata - so we are actively working on making sure Copilot and Agents can use it. More details soon!

Could you share your agent to Microsoft Teams? Is there a way to add it to Viva learn for the organization?
You can share it to a chat group in Teams, but right now it doesn't look like it will work in Posts (stupid). When you create the agent, click on the 3 dots, you'll see the option for a link. Really need a web part for this (need to try the web URL web part and see if that works)
