- KaidEJayCopper ContributorAre there plans to develop a custom Dashboard view for Planner where we can highlight pieces in Planner and analytics behind the task tracking?
- DanielMongerBrass ContributorHow far away are reportable (in power bi or api) custom fields? And will they be able to be applied to all plans? eg enterprise custom fields in Project Online
- Brian-SmithFormer EmployeeThese could be achieved from your own customization and addition of fields and forms, but I appreciate this isn't as easy as it is today in Project Online. Certainly something the team is aware of but no dates to shared right now.
- AntonTheDiamondCopper ContributorHi guys, When will the premium planner be available (visible and usable) in Power Automate? Greetzz, Anton.
- Brian-SmithFormer EmployeeDo you mean beyond using Dataverse connectors Anton? We've certainly heard feedback that the original Planner options in Power Automate are easier to use and something that is in the backlog - but you do have the option to use Dataverse connectors today.

Premium plans should be available through the core dataverse data source as plans and tasks are core DV entities,
- OwenJonesIron ContributorWill you support dependencies between different plans?
- OwenJonesIron Contributor6 likes on this so far? Any comment?
- JRoh87Copper ContributorWill automation features be integrated natively within New Planner? PowerAutomate is great, but not sure all skill-levels of users have the capacity to work within PA, so an intuitive GUI for creating rule-based automation would be ideal (e.g. Trello)

Will Project for the Web continue to be the basis for Premium Plans? with data stored in Dataverse table? Will basic plan tasks continue to be stored elsewhere (somewhere in Azure)?
- Brian-SmithFormer EmployeeToday basic plans are not stored in Dataverse, just the premium plans are there. No immediate changes.

Thanks Brian - we've been excited to use the Dataverse Project Tasks table for roll-up reporting on tasks from Premium plans in Power BI. Can you point us to where tasks for Basic Plans are stored - would we be able to access to similarly do roll-up reporting from a Basic task table? The gold standard would be able to bring these both together to report on all tasks from both Basic and Premium plans in Power BI!
- JeniferZOrdonezCopper ContributorSo, the Planner Plan 1 is only view based on MS Teams, there is any plan to move this to the web based? What actually is available for E5 licenses? Is there any updating coming?

This announcement today is that Plan 1 (premium plans) will be available in a unified Planner app for the web! for what is available in each SKU - worth looking at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/planner/microsoft-planner-plans-and-pricing?msockid=2c15fd5d85646ad00102ecdb84d76b9e - NancyatMSFT

Hi JeniferZOrdonez , great question! We recognize the licensing is a bit tricky to figure out at the moment - so thanks for bearing with us. Planner Plan 1 is the equivalent of / was formerly known as Project Plan 1, so it enables you to access the premium functionality listed under "P1" here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/project-online-service-description/project-web-service-description. You can use this functionality in both Project for the web and premium plans in Planner Teams, and in the future this means you can also use premium functionality in the new Planner web. As for E5 licenses - the comprehensive list of what is available is listed under "Office 365 licenses" for the same link above.
You can also compare E5 and P1 functionality with this link here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/planner/microsoft-planner-plans-and-pricing. I hope this helps and do let us know if you have followup questions!
- Dominguezr2410Copper ContributorCan I create personal views for plans without affecting the view of others?
- shashikanthainapurCopper ContributorWhen will the feature to tag team members to tasks in Planner be available?
- DannyAryaCopper ContributorIf I created a premium plan and keep it private. After few days when my Plan is ready, If I tried to add the planner in my Teams channel, it is not visible under the drop down channel list. Why?
