- Can a unique ID be generated for each task and viewed in a planner? The title field can be confusing because the task creator doesn't provide the correct information.

- I subscribe to Project and use some of the premium functions within Planner. My issue is, users cannot see the Gantt chart that I see. Is there a way users can see the Gantt chart without having to build something in PowerBI or some other API or software?
- Timeline would require a Planner Plan 1 license at least Tyler. You would have to decide if the license cost is cheaper than trying to build something similar in Power BI to expose it.
- How can I schedule recurrent tasks? We have several takes that need to be done monthly in a multi year project. I don't want to schedule that manually every month

Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out! To set up a recurring task in the planner, just head over to the task details after creating your task and look for the Repeat field. There, you can adjust it to recur monthly. Give it a go and let us know if it works for you.

- I'm also very interested in an ability to customize Planner. I've resorted to creatively using Lists for this purpose - but it's not the same as a good & adequate PMIS.
