How to join the call? There is no link provided anywhere.

That is a link only to the registration, for which I'm already registered. In the calendar, there is only that linked. There is no link to join the teams or web call.
After registration you should receive Microsoft Event Registration Confirmation email on your email, with the “Add to calendar” link and link to join the digital event. You didn´t received it?
Anyway it´s too late 😞 I´m really sorry for this. But we will send all registrants email with a recording and ppt, so you can watch it on demand.
