Many awards have this as an eligibility requirement: “Apps and agents built by partners must use Azure Application Platform, Azure Data Platform (databases and/or Microsoft Fabric) and Azure AI Platform services – all three.” Confirming this means that each client solution included in the submission needs to include all three, not that all three need to be present in the submission overall?

Bumping - Can we please get clarity on whether all three solutions must be present for every client engagement featured within the submission?
