Review all OneDrive training sessions - all embedded in this blog post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-onedrive-blog/on-demand-onedrive-in-depth-learning-content/ba-p/4193875 - SusanMcClementsSteel ContributorYou should have a link for asking questions live - missed it earlier and should be available throughout session.
- IvanWilsonIron ContributorThe Sharing UI is confusing. Are there any enhancements planned? E.g. I want to send a sharing link, but instead a user is granted direct access

Thank you for your feedback! We will have exciting news to share soon on improving our sharing experiences across your favorite M365 apps. We can't share any timelines yet, but our team is currently looking into this! - StephenRice

Would love to hear more on what you find confusing! The change you mention was part of our most recent sharing improvement to streamline the experience. WE have a lot more coming here but nothing we can share yet.... stay tuned!- IvanWilsonIron Contributor
Would it be possible to include a discrete "version number" in the Sharing UI, so that it is easier to tell which experience you have? It could even be output to the browser dev console. Example Scenarios:
1. Choose "Share", change link type to "Anyone". Choose an individual in the company that doesn't already have access and send. I would expect a sharing link to be created and sent to the individual. Instead the user is granted direct access. Potential enhancement could be to display a prompt like "[Person] will be granted direct access"
2. Choose "Share", change link type to "Anyone". Choose an individual in the company that already has access and send. I would expect a sharing link to be created and sent to the individual. No changes are made to the item permissions. Potential enhancement could be to display a prompt like "[Person] already has permissions"
3. Choose "Share", change link type to "People with existing access". Choose an individual outside the company that doesn't already have access and send. The external user is granted direct access. Potential enhancement could be to display a prompt like "Link type changed to People you choose".
There are other variations on these scenarios. I can imagine that the challenge is creating a UI that is simple, flexible and intuitive. Current UI is simple and flexible, but is not intuitive.
Looking forward to seeing how you improve this experience even more.
- Joshua_ZelvyIron ContributorAcross the board, I would like to see the employee offboarding experience be improved to provide notifications to managers and IT of items that need to be moved to other users. OneDrive Files, Planner Tasks, Power Automations, Power apps, etc. Too often critical data just disappears when a user leaves the company
- steveqlaneCopper ContributorQ - In the roadmap, we've been hearing for a few months that the OneDrive offline features will be arriving in three months. Any more detail about when we'll see offline support arrive?

It's rolling out gradually 🙂 You can check if it's already enabled for you by looking at the details pane in the "My files" view and check if there is an "offline mode" toggle.
- ErikCoronel33Copper Contributorcurrently exist folder level versions in Onedrive and/or Sharepoint?
- Joshua_ZelvyIron ContributorMost screens in M365 Admin center that list users, or groups have the ability to export to CSV right from the admin page. Why was this feature not included for the OneDrive Sync App Health. This would appear to be an easy add and not required significant processing power.
