- It would be great to have an option on MTR to automatically hide the camera when participating in a whiteboard session, use case is this: we have cameras near eye level below display and our front room displays are interactive, then when people in the room are writing on the touch display they block the camera view with their stomach

- Microsoft Teams Admin Center does not pull the right information from the Rally Plus + Tap + Swytch setup. It pulls up Tap information for details tab instead of the Rally Plus. Would be the Ingest that plays from the Tap?
- We use Poly Teams room meeting devices and we are struggling each time we need to push updates over the Teams Management console (Android devices). Are you planning any improvements within this area? My last support call to Microsoft ended with supporters asking me every day if I managed to finally update all meeting rooms, which was far from great support.
- Do you get an error in the TAC about Device Upgrade failed? Or it just does nothing?
- 1. Currently the guest join for webex will fail, if the webex meeting was set to not allow guests. This is expected, however the error message shown is totally useless as nothing points to the very fact, that the reason for guest join not working is, well, no guest allowed. 2. Why not allowing to authenticate with an webex account like it is possible currently on ZOOM guest join. Here one can indeed authenticate and join every meeting.
- We rolled out 5 Teams room devices but we use Conditional Access and right now we need an exception because Teams Room is not supporting Modern Authentification. Can you also tell us more about the Feature ID: 80668 where users can join by a code? Is this for guest users to share her screen without entering the meeting like in Zoom through a website?

- Have you created the accounts as full blown user accounts, or as resource accounts? If you create the accounts as resource accounts and then assign the appropriate license) you should not get requested for authentication all the time.
- It's not that I get the authentication window all the time. But it doesn't support modern Authentification for the account itself.
- What we really are missing is the option to make video calls with 3rd party providers. Even if its available or announced to make a guest joing with Zoom, Webex etc., but there are other SIP systems out there to get in contact with.
- Currently you have released new settings for the Room Systems on Teams Admin Center. Even I'm able to perform multiple changes to different devices at the same time, I'm still fan of PowerShell. So obvious question is: Is it expected that Teams Management shell start being several steps behind TAC? Or are we going to get the same settings into Teams Management Shell as well?
- What plans are coming for customizing the Teams Room devices? For MTR I would love to see more features have sliders in the settings (like chat, reaction, layouts, etc) and for the ecosystem as a whole we would like to see easier options for branding. For MTR and Panels it would be nice to be able to push branding out from TAC. Will MTR ever get a similar provisioning mechanism like phones or panels?
