- Any roadmap for zerotouch deploy/enrollment or autopilot for W-MTR devices?
- I'm currently deploying my custom backgrounds for my MTRs via InTune. Are there any plans to allow more flexibility for single screen and resolution requirements for the image? what about a custom background for the touchscreen?
- Does the Logitech Tap remote control with an Android phone works with the Microsoft OS or only with Android OS?
- Which cameras and speakers available today will support Intelligent features?
- These are available from EPOS and Yealink for speakers, Jabra and Huddly for intelligent cameras. Others will follow such as Neat, Logitech and others
- Will we be able to customize the background on the hub in one day?
- You can do this today locally in the settings on the hub or deploy via Intune. It has been available for years. The only limitation Intune wise is the image must be hosted on a site that does not require any type of password/authentication.
Thanks, do you have some item to be searched for more details? I know I could change the background images on screens on the wall, but not found they way to customize the device's touch screen itself.
- Congrats on adding BJ and GTM for direct guest join in 1H22. Any updates on adding Google Meet?
- There are no plans for Google today as mentioned on the live session. They decided to work with Cisco Webex first.
- As mentioned on the live call, nothing for Google Meet yet.
- The Surface Hub currently has a somewhat complicated manual setup process. Will this be improved once they are moved into TAC, or will that just be to manage them once they are setup?
- Is it ever going to be possible to nest roomlists (ie: State>City>Building) in the "Add location" dropdown when scheduling a meeting?
- You can do this using the Outlook client when scheduling. Check into these two features: Set-Place https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/set-place?view=exchange-ps New-DistributionGroup https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/new-distributiongroup?view=exchange-ps You may not be able to get quite so granular, but you can definitely add some nesting to the searches.
- We tried that, it looks correct in Exchange, but in Teams, it duplicates the nested items in the list.
- Will there be a day to get higher resolution to front screen than today's 1920x1080? And can we get higher resolutions to meetings as well? Especially CEO meetings should be higher resolutions.
- As mentioned live, higher content resolution may come first.
