- donssCopper ContributorAt the end of the day, we want to perform, where possible, the same functionality Endpoint Manager (aka InTune) does for Windows devices. Even though this is early days, what I would like to know is where there is a roadmap that will implement like-for-like features for Windows on Linux? Or will it be more like macOS situation where some features are implemented and others are not whilst macOS specific. Also, we already have Adaptive Application Control for Defender for Cloud that raise AAC alerts for apps that run on Linux server VM on Azure. Will you be leveraging or collaborating with the guys who implemented this so that we can get things like Application Control and Device Control faster?
- jrelienCopper ContributorDoes the Linux device need to be enrolled in Azure AD in order to manage with MEM?

Hey Jeffrey - yes, and the Intune agent that runs on the managed Linux device will register the devices with AAD for you. No need to add the devices separately.

Does this solution support Air-Gapped Linux systems that are applicable to Risk Management Framework (RMF)? - Heather_Poulsen

We're halfway through today's Linux Management AMA. Keep your questions—and suggestions on future feature prioritization—coming. Thanks!
- bogdan_semenovCopper ContributorIs it possible to have Insider version of Endpoint manager for testing purposes?

Here is a link to the great blog post from Ileana from November 2021 that Dave just mentioned: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-endpoint-manager-blog/microsoft-endpoint-manager-adds-management-and-compliance-checks/ba-p/2902346 - rrenstromBrass ContributorCMMC = Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/federal/cmmc.aspx
- bjosjoCopper ContributorIs patch management of Ubuntu devices in scope when the product is planned to be released in Q3?
- treestryderIron ContributorFor configuration management, would Desired State Configuration (DSC) support work for most needs?
- JhochwaldCopper ContributorSomething we must trigger via the Bash functions they talked about for now. PowerShell isn't mentioned, therefore this is just a guess. But DSC is not an important thing anymore as far as I know. The functions are the Core for Azure, but not as we know it (guess)
- treestryderIron ContributorThe Endpoint Management team will want to look closer at Powershell Desired State Configuration (DSC) for configuration management and auditing. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/dsc/overview/dscforengineers?view=dsc-1.1
- Sebastian_RottmannBrass Contributorfeedback DLP: DLP is kinda "useless" as long as OWA lacks features and usability. we for our selves need a proper email client (evolution). we would need a "better" OWA or outlook4linux, though
