- Love the suite and what's coming, these events are super helpful too. Better support and troubleshooting would be amazing though! Its always great but this intune stuff is tough to get help with via support.

- I wish we can test EPM. It's very straight forward to setup but it has never worked for us. I have an open ticket for this but the agent said it doesnt work. Thats all they can give me yet others are posting it does work.
- Matt_CallWe want you test! If you're having issues getting support, we'd love to help you out with that. Generally speaking, EPM requires the right client OS version and visibility to the network endpoints without SSL inspection. Take a look at the docs (https://aka.ms/IntuneEPMDocs) and let us know if you're still having issues.
- I used that doc to set it up. Its very simple. This is my ticket # 35719019. The agent all she can tell me its not available to test yet. I am sure she is wrong but that's all I have been getting so far from support. Tell me more about the SSL inspection. What websites do I need to bypass SSL inspection as we do use that.

Our goal is to provide capabilities based on the data from our entire ecosystem that we believe no other provider can deliver. While there may be similar capabilities, we aim to deliver data scienced based capabilities and build them directly into Intune to power better employee technology experiences.
- Will change control get better then currently? The difference between different profile audit logs on type of data that is saved is pretty complex and limiting.
