- NoNotMeIron ContributorThere are so many features being discussed here that can greatly improve our day to day lives at work, what are the best ways for us to test the features without making changes to our live environment?
- Dave Randall
Microsoft
John - you can sign up for an Intune Suite Trial to test out the features. You're also able to create a trial tenant and couple that with a trial of the Intune Suite. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/free-trial-sign-up- NoNotMeIron ContributorGreatly appreciate your reply. I will definitely sign up for a trial tenant, I learned something new today!
- MikePhuCopper ContributorWill Cloud Cert work with all OS, like Windows and MACs?
- Bill Calero
Microsoft
The existing set of platforms Intune supports for SCEP configuration profiles will be supported.
- MikePhuCopper ContributorWill Intune Suite 3rd party apps patching will be competing against patchmypc and ivanti?
- TimDKBrass ContributorCurious to see the actual technical bits and pieces - but with the mention of "7000 apps" vs +/- 1000 apps in PMP ... that is quite an entrance ...
- anomalicglitchCopper ContributorIn reality all vendors in that space chase down the same app portfolio when it comes to patching.
- SteveB_SCBrass ContributorIt sure seems like they're taking them head on.
- DaneaGalbraithIron ContributorAre there integrations for other ticketing systems like Fresh Service.
- Ian SokoloffCopper Contributor+1 for Freshservice
- Dave Randall
Microsoft
Currently, we're only integrating with ServiceNow for ticket views in the Troubleshooting blade. Always interested in hearing what other ticketing systems you'd like us to consider!- Sean_H86Brass ContributorZendesk would be nice too.
- rejohnsonIron ContributorI still need an honest justification for charging more for what are simply necessary requirements and improvements for Intune itself.

Microsoft has been adding value into the Microsoft 365 license for years. As customers have asked us to extend our products, such as the capabilities of the Intune Suite, into more adjacent categories, it's become necessary to package this new value separately.
- rejohnsonIron ContributorSorry, not good enough. Azure licensing fees have also increased and should include a full Intune product. The Intune Suite costs more than an F3 license but doesn't deliver as much value.
- RichP1930Brass ContributorWhat is the difference between Quick Assist and Remote Help? Where is the remote help app?
- Kara_Wang
Microsoft
Remote Help is the cloud-based solution that is integrated with Microsoft Intune. More about Remote Help including where you can download the latest version can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/remote-help
- alenatCopper Contributoris it only Device certs or also user certs from the Cloud? Great feature. Can't wait to see in action.
- Bill Calero
Microsoft
Both user and device certs can be issued using the Intune cloud certificate feature ... No NDES/SCEP servers, connectors, or proxy setup will be required 🙂- AnthonymelwhrhsIron ContributorHow would this work when the device comes on premise? Could the cloud PKI environment be trusted with on domain CA?
- CarnegieJ-IAYFIron ContributorWhat recommendations and action items for partners to dive deeper and level-up into the topic and announced features?
- euburrag
Microsoft
The actions suggested to partners sent out in an advisory on 4/6 include:
Call to Action
- Register for the training webinar on April 19th
- Read Microsoft Intune Suite launch blog and share it with your customers.
- Visit Microsoft Intune Suite product page to familiarize yourself with the new capabilities.
- Leverage new assets including customer facing deck and product datasheets.

Microsoft
Read the March 1 blog at aka.ms/IntuneSuiteLaunch as well as our session at Microsoft Secure. We sent out an advisory to our partner community with links and additional information.
- Dave Randall
Microsoft
For sure, you're in the right place to get our next level depth discussions on the Intune Suite capabilities. There will be additional sessions today and tomorrow on each of the Suite capabilities.

What specific data will be handled for Intune AI and what about the EU Data Boundaries?- JaminAlmond
Microsoft
Intune will respect specific data boundaries. You can read more about this in Intune documentation and Microsoft's responsible AI information. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/privacy-data-store-process https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/responsible-ai?activetab=pivot1%3aprimaryr6
