- There are so many features being discussed here that can greatly improve our day to day lives at work, what are the best ways for us to test the features without making changes to our live environment?

I will definitely sign up for a trial tenant, I learned something new today!
- Will Cloud Cert work with all OS, like Windows and MACs?

- Will Intune Suite 3rd party apps patching will be competing against patchmypc and ivanti?
- Curious to see the actual technical bits and pieces - but with the mention of "7000 apps" vs +/- 1000 apps in PMP ... that is quite an entrance ...
- In reality all vendors in that space chase down the same app portfolio when it comes to patching.
- It sure seems like they're taking them head on.
- Are there integrations for other ticketing systems like Fresh Service.

Microsoft has been adding value into the Microsoft 365 license for years. As customers have asked us to extend our products, such as the capabilities of the Intune Suite, into more adjacent categories, it's become necessary to package this new value separately.
- Sorry, not good enough. Azure licensing fees have also increased and should include a full Intune product. The Intune Suite costs more than an F3 license but doesn't deliver as much value.
- What is the difference between Quick Assist and Remote Help? Where is the remote help app?

- is it only Device certs or also user certs from the Cloud? Great feature. Can't wait to see in action.
- Bill CaleroBoth user and device certs can be issued using the Intune cloud certificate feature ... No NDES/SCEP servers, connectors, or proxy setup will be required 🙂
- How would this work when the device comes on premise? Could the cloud PKI environment be trusted with on domain CA?
